St Leonards & St Ives Tennis Club
The Club serves the village of St Leonard's & St Ives which is located in central southern England, around 20 minutes north of the seaside town of Bournemouth. The Club has a membership of 240 (both juniors and seniors). Members are offered a mixture of external league play, internal tournaments and social events.
We offer 4 first class Astro-turf courts, all with floodlights, and a first storey Clubhouse (with disabled access) that overlooks all of the courts. The courts are available to be used at any time of day (7am to 10pm) apart from set Club times e.g. club nights and junior coaching sessions. All members receive a personal court & clubhouse key, so you can play at any time to suit your convenience.
What we can offer:
- Personal one to one coaching for all ages and abilities
- Group coaching sessions for both adults and juniors
- Weekly club sessions (Sunday Morning Monday & Thursday Afternoon) and evening sessions (Tuesday and Friday from 7pm)
- Cardio tennis – 2 sessions a week Monday Night 7 – 8pm Friday Morning 9.30am-10.30am
- We also enter 9 senior teams in the local leagues (Men’s doubles x 3, Ladies doubles x 3 & Mixed doubles x 3) plus numerous junior teams competing in the AEGON tennis competition
